In-Rel Properties is a privately held, vertically integrated real estate investment and management firm founded in 1984. Our tenants range from family-run businesses and regional companies to national retailers and Wall Street investment firms. In-Rel’s fundamental approach to property acquisition and management is value added. This value added strategy depends on acquiring assets at an attractive cost basis and at a significant discount to replacement cost, operating them efficiently in-house and then unlocking value through re-positioning, rehabilitation and/or re-tenanting.
In 2015, In-Rel recognized the importance of the cyclicality of the real estate business and took advantage of an opportunity to capitalize on favorable market conditions through a lucrative sale. In doing so, we condensed our portfolio size from 6 million square feet to approximately three million square feet of office and retail space in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Oklahoma. Our same core beliefs remain intact, which include providing extraordinary value to tenants and investors, a commitment to being “best in class”, and continually holding ourselves to the highest standards.
